खरीप २०२० हंगामातील पीक विम्याच्या प्रतीक्षेत असलेल्या धाराशिव जिल्ह्यातील पात्र शेतकऱ्यांचा अखेर विजय झाला आहे. जिल्ह्यातील सोयाबीन उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांच्या हक्काच्या लढ्याला निर्णायक यश मिळाले आहे. आपल्या महायुती सरकारने १३४ कोटी ११ लाख ९१ हजार ९३८ रुपये इतका निधी धाराशिवच्या जिल्हा अधीक्षक कृषी अधिकारी यांच्याकडे वर्ग करण्यास अंतिम मान्यता दिली आहे. मा . सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या अंतिम निर्णयानंतर पात्र शेतकऱ्यांच्या खात्यावर ही रक्कम जमा केली जाणार असल्याची माहिती आमदार राणाजगजितसिंह पाटील यांनी दिली आहे.
खरीप २०२० मध्ये अतिवृष्टीमुळे पिकांचे अतोनात नुकसान झाले होते. मात्र, तांत्रिक कारणांमुळे विमा कंपन्या नुकसान भरपाई देण्यास टाळाटाळ करत होत्या. याविरोधात आपण शेतकरी बांधवांच्या सहकार्याने उच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या छत्रपती संभाजीनगर खंडपीठाने २४ नोव्हेंबर २०२५ आणि १८ डिसेंबर २०२५ रोजी दिलेल्या महत्त्वपूर्ण आदेशानुसार, विमा कंपनीचा दुसरा हप्ता रोखून तो थेट शेतकऱ्यांना देण्याचे निर्देश दिले होते. याच आदेशाची अंमलबजावणी करत, आपल्या महायुती सरकारने बुधवार ११ फेब्रुवारी रोजी शासन निर्णय जारी केला आहे. त्यानुसार धाराशिव जिल्ह्यासाठी १३४ कोटी ११ लाख रुपयांचा निधी वर्ग करण्यात आला असल्याचे आमदार राणाजगजितसिंह पाटील यांनी सांगितले. १३४.११ कोटींचा हा निधी कृषी आयुक्तालयाच्या ESCROW बँक खात्यातून जिल्हा अधीक्षक कृषी अधिकारी, धाराशिव यांना वर्ग केला जाणार आहे.
बजाज अलियांज विमा कंपनीने न्यायालयात जमा केलेले ७५ कोटी रुपये आणि त्यावरील व्याजही पात्र शेतकरी बांधवांना वितरित करण्यासाठी वापरले जाणार आहे. त्याची सुनावणी उद्या न्यायालयात होणार आहे. त्याकडेही आपले लक्ष असून त्याबाबतही सकारात्मक निर्णय अपेक्षित आहे. जिल्ह्यातील बाधित शेतकरी बांधवांच्या हक्कासाठी आपला सातत्यपूर्ण पाठपुरावा सुरूच आहे. मागील पाच वर्षांपासून आपण शेतकरी बांधवांच्या सोबतीने सलग जिल्हा प्रशासनाकडे आणि न्यायालयात पाठपुरावा करत होतो. अगदी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयानेही विमा कंपनीची याचिका फेटाळल्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांना मिळणाऱ्या पीकविम्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला होता. आता प्रत्यक्ष निधी वर्ग करण्याचा शासन निर्णय निघाल्याने हजारो शेतकरी बांधवांना दिलासा मिळणार असल्याचे आमदार पाटील यांनी म्हटले आहे.
